Our automatic Standing Order Plan offers all of our books at 32 % discount plus shipping and tax if applicable. Subscribers receive books twice a year, at our seasonal printings in the spring and fall. Payment is through cc or check. The yearly tab is approximately between 120-150 a year, payable in two billings.
