Our automatic Standing Order Plan offers all of our books at 32 % discount plus shipping and tax if applicable. Subscribers receive books twice a year, at our seasonal printings in the spring and fall. Payment is through credit card. The yearly tab is approximately between 120-150 a year, payable in two billings.

Refund Policy

If you believe there has been an error in your book purchase, please contact us so we can attempt to correct it prior to order finalization and shipping.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.
For submissions and contributions, if you believe there has been an error in your transaction, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it for you.
